Your confirmation email may not state an exact location, this may be because the location is subject to water levels. You will be contacted separately to confirm the location of your course.
Pre Assessment Registration
Some assessments require British Canoeing registration before attending, this should be completed and proof of registration presented prior to attending your assessment.

Please ensure you bring all the equipment required to complete your course, if you need to borrow any equipment please get in touch as soon as possible.
Courses held on white water will require the following
White water spec PFD (quick release harness for safety and rescue courses)
Neoprene spraydeck and airbags for kayaking courses
Bow and stern buoyancy for canoeing courses
Throw bag (on a quick release belt for raft guide courses)
Good base layers
Consider a drysuit for courses taking place during winter months or safety and rescue courses and raft guide courses

We have put safeguards in place to ensure social distancing can be observed at all times by the participants and instructors.
Some of our courses require car shuttles, please ensure you bring a face covering and hand sanitiser for vehicle sharing.
