What will happen to my booking if I cannot attend due to Coronavirus?

If you were recently unable to attend your activity due to the Coronavirus, you will be given the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Rescheduling is open ended and will not expire... we will do everything we can to reschedule you to a date that suits you and your group.
You can also request vouchers to be used as credit with us. Your vouchers will be sent to you in the post and can be used by yourself and your group or passed on as a gift... these vouchers will have no expiry date.
If you have a booking with us in the coming weeks and you need to reschedule due to coronavirus, please send an email with a list of alternative dates to email@example.com.
We take Coronavirus very seriously and have enforced certain measure to ensure we keep every customer and staff member as safe as possible.
Some of these measures include the following;
Limiting participant numbers to ensure social distancing guidelines can be followed by all customers and instructors.
Staggered start times of activities to avoid large gatherings.
All equipment is cleaned with antibacterial solution prior to being issued to customers.
Face coverings can be worn if using the shuttle bus.
All of our activities take place outside and can be enjoyed whilst socially distancing.
