We are running limited activities and participant numbers due to Coronavirus. The activities available have been risk assessed and we are delighted to announce we have begun delivering activities on a small scale.
What will happen to my booking?
If you were recently unable to attend your activity due to the COVID-19 crisis you will have been sent a rescheduling voucher via email.
Please note that we are only sending rescheduling vouchers to bookings that have been unable to attend their scheduled date due to the crisis, vouchers will be sent after the booking date as passed.
IF YOUR SCHEDULED ACTIVITY DATE HAS BEEN AND GONE AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR VOUCHER, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
If you have a booking with us in the coming weeks and you wish to reschedule, please send an email with a list of alternative dates to email@example.com.
f we do not hear from you and your scheduled date passes you will automatically receive your rescheduling voucher to the email address listed on your booking.
If you have booked rafting with us, unfortunately due to the nature of the activity we are still unable to deliver rafting due to the social distancing rules.
We are offering rafting bookings the opportunity to change their activity to kayaking or canoeing, alternatively you will be offered an open ended reschedule.

The government have produced guidelines for outdoor sports operators.
These guidelines state that unlimited outdoor activities done by yourself or with members of your household is permitted. Activities are permitted to take place with 5 other people from outside of your household as long as social distancing measures are observed.
