Getting prepared for your activity

Parking here is free of charge but due to Covid-19 restrictions and the number of participants in your group we may decide to run a shuttle using your own car(s) and our minibus.  

If this is required, all details will be explained by a member of the team on the day. 

Equipment and what to bring with you.
 

We will supply all technical equipment, this includes;
Buoyancy aids, helmets, paddles, wetsuits if required on colder days*
*We are currently not issuing wetsuits due to Coronavirus. If you have your own wetsuit you are welcome to bring this with you.


We recommend you bring the following, the items in red are essential;

  • Trainers or water shoes (these will get wet)

  • Medication for any existing medical conditions

  • Comfortable clothes to wear during your activity, these should reflect the weather conditions on the day (avoid jeans)

  • Water in a secure bottle

  • Sun cream

  • Snacks / food 

  • Spare clothes for changing into after your activity

  • Towel 

  • Sunglasses 

  • Antibacterial hand gel
