Parking here is free of charge but due to Covid-19 restrictions and the number of participants in your group, we may decide to run a shuttle using your own car(s) and our minibus.
If this is required, all details will be explained by a member of the team on the day.
Equipment and what to bring with you.
We will supply all your technical equipment, this includes;

Buoyancy aids

Helmets
-
Waterproof top and bottoms (on colder days)

Wetsuits (only available for Tubing)

We recommend you bring the following, the items in red are essential;

Trainers or water shoes (these will get wet)

Medication for any existing medical conditions

Comfortable clothes to wear under your waterproofs, these should reflect the weather conditions on the day.

A bottle of water (on warm days)

Sun cream

Snacks / food

Spare clothes for changing into after your activity

Sunglasses

Antibacterial hand gel
