  1. All bookings with numbers 12 and below must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  2. Bookings with numbers over 12 will be offered a 50% booking deposit option, the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the activity date. The final balance will reflect the final numbers. 

  3. All bookings are subject to availability. 

  4. All bookings need to be made at least 48 hours in advance of the chosen date and time, unless stated otherwise on the online booking system.

  5. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked date and time will not be entitled to a refund.

  6. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booked date but not inside 48 hours of the booked date and time will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount booked.

  7. Cancellations made outside of 14 days of the booked date will be entitled to a refund minus the credit card transaction fee.

  8. If the booker is looking to reschedule the booking within 48 hours of the booked date and time, this will incur a £75 rescheduling fee.

  9. Spaces booked may be subject to change by Rapid Horizons Ltd due to issues with ratios. All activities require four or more people to take part in the activity, if no other bookings are due that day Rapid Horizons Ltd will endeavour to contact the customer with plenty of notice if a reschedule is looking likely. 

  10. The customer will be entitled to a refund in full or the option to reschedule if Rapid Horizons Ltd cancel any booking except in the situation where water level or adverse weather conditions pose a safety risk to the customer.

  11. Any activity cancelled by Rapid Horizons Ltd due to water level or adverse weather conditions will see the client entitled to a reschedule or a change of location so that the activity can still take place, subject to availability.

  12. All Climbing and Mountain Biking activities are run by 3rd party operators on behalf of Rapid Horizons Ltd.

  13. It is important to understand that whilst Rapid Horizons Ltd will endeavour to deliver any activity booked, Rapid Horizons Ltd holds the right to suspend or cancel at last minute any activity that is deemed to be unsafe to operate. In this case Rapid Horizons Ltd will look to reschedule any trip that is suspended due to safety reasons.

  14. All water activities are subject to water level and outdoor conditions. Rapid Horizons Ltd will make every effort to update customers as soon as possible if there is a chance bookings may be suspended. 

  15. Due to water levels, activity times may vary, guides & instructors will endeavour to keep the activity running as close to the published time as possible.


  1. Participants should be aware of the risks involved and accept responsibility for their own actions whilst taking part in Rapid Horizons Ltd activities.

  2. Rapid Horizons Ltd is under no liability whatsoever in respect of loss or damage to property however caused whilst at Rapid Horizons Ltd

  3. Rapid Horizons Ltd holds public liability insurance.

  4. All clients must wear Rapid Horizons Ltd safety equipment whilst taking part in activities. Any damage caused to equipment due to negligence on behalf of the customer will result in payment for the item by the customer equal to the sum of the items retail price.

  5. Customers with existing medical conditions must bring their medication with them whilst on activity and must make their instructor or guide aware of any existing conditions.
