We Provide

Weatherproof top and bottoms
Wetsuits* (welcome to bring your own if you have one)
Shuttles to and from your activity (if applicable)

*Wetsuits are provided for White Water Rafting, Rapid Kayak Sessions and Tubing.

You need to bring

Arrive in the clothes you wish to wear during your activity, these should be comfortable and reflect the weather (no denim)
Wetsuit wearers can arrive in what they wish to wear under their wetsuit, this can be swimwear or tight fitting rash vests or gym wear.
Footwear that you don't mind getting wet and muddy, consider neoprene boots/socks during winter months (no flip flops or welly boots)
Spare clothes and a towel for changing after your activity
Any medication that you may require during your activity
